UK Fantasy Festival, Sudeley Castle

The UK Fantasy Festival called Fantasy Forest is the place to be for lovers of sci-fi and fantasy. The three-day event is magically set on the Sudeley Castle grounds in Cheltenham.

If you love Star Wars, Marvel characters, mermaids, pirates, knights, elves, or anything in between, you will have a great time. Enjoy live music, entertainment, and the UK’s largest fantasy market.

You are invited to wear your favorite fantasy outfit and compete in the costume competition. Furthermore, if you like arts & crafts you might enjoy one of the workshops to make medieval shields, wands, and coins.

If you love music you will find a lot of entertainment for you. During the weekend there will be performances. Or you can join a drumming workshop.

Make sure to see one of the reenactments. You can see a medieval battle, and you can find out how people in the 15th century lived.

And let’s not forget about the sci-fi fans. Get your lightsaber action on in a workshop. Furthermore, you find the Daleks. These futuristic creatures are determined to make sure the festival grounds are free of sadness and filled with joy.

Visit this festival every year in July.  Children until 7 years can enter for free.
