Swimming Pools
Choose from five pools located throughout the resort. The Pool Hangout is near the beach on a wooden terrace and has a bar. The Village Pool has two pools, including a small one just for toddlers, and features a juice and snack bar poolside. Club 98 pool near the tennis and sports center is popular with teenagers but also has a small pool for kids. The pool at Vilas Mimosa has a standard pool, and baby pool nearby open during the summer for guests staying nearby.
Spa
Relax at the Finisterra Spa, where treatments are available for guests of all ages, including massages for babies and manicures for children. Couples massage and family treatments are also offered. A sauna is also available in the spa.
Gym
A 24-hour gym is located above Village Square with cardio and other fitness equipment. Group classes include pilates, yoga, power fit, HIIT, aqua bike, and more. Personal training services are also available.
Water Sports Centre
Located on the beach, guests can hire a variety of equipment, including windsurfing, stand up paddleboards, kayaks, and paddleboats. Courses and private lessons are also available.
Kids Clubs
There are five different clubs based on age and can accommodate kids from 6 months to 17 years. The creche is an area for infants, while older children will enjoy supervised activities, games, and puzzles. Teens and tweens can try outdoor activities and learn to surf, go diving, biking, or windsurfing, or engage in fun contests.
Baby Concierge
To make traveling with children easier, pre-book complimentary items for babies such as door protectors, thermometers, potties, bottle sterilizers and warmers, safety gates, baby baths, and cots.
Sports
Children can have fun while learning new skills by joining the football or tennis academy for kids ages 4 to 16. Private swimming lessons are also available, and there is a surfing academy for those ages 6 to 10.

Choose from a variety of outdoor and water activities including hiking, stand up paddleboarding, diving, kayaking, horse riding, cave tours, Jeep safari, wildlife tour, quad bike tours, wine tasting and cellar tour, hot air balloon, tandem skydiving, and karting. Restaurants
The resort currently has four restaurants on-site, serving Portuguese and Italian cuisine. All the restaurants are family-friendly and offer children’s menus, purees for babies, and designated play areas for kids.
Os Gambozinos is an Italian restaurant that opens for dinner seasonally from April to October. There is a large variety of specials which are made in an open kitchen. Some popular selections include handmade pizza, risotto, and pasta or soup.
Children can enjoy the buffet or select options from the kid’s menu. Hot dishes are available to take home to be enjoyed from the comfort of your room. The atmosphere is relaxed, informal, and ideal for families to share a meal together.
Enjoy breakfast at O Terraco, which is located outside on the terrace with breathtaking views of Martinhal Bay. Here you can find the breakfast buffet every morning along with a children’s corner to provide entertainment for young ones after they finish their meal.
At the As Dunas restaurant, you will find lunch and dinner options along with snacks offered in the afternoon. This restaurant is known for fresh fish and seafood and often features “catch of the day” specials. Families will enjoy dining al fresco on the shaded terrace with the sound of the sea in the background.
Children can play in the sandy play area that is fenced-in for privacy and peace of mind or bounce on the trampoline. The children’s menu offers kid-friendly favorites so the whole family can find something to enjoy.
The Wolf pop-up grill is open during the high season and offers a tempting menu of different dishes to take away. Another self-catering option is the Mercado Deli that offers breakfast foods from pastries and bread to coffee and juices. You can also purchase fresh fruits and vegetables, deli ingredients, and beverages. Prepared cold dishes can also be purchased to take with you during the day.
